TeamGrow provides:

• Educational Content: Articles, newsletters, guides, and resources on team building and leadership
• Lead Magnets: Downloadable resources such as playbooks, checklists, and toolkits
• Consulting Services: Professional team development, leadership training, and L&D strategy services (subject to separate agreements)

Free vs. Paid Services

Many of our resources are provided free of charge, including assessments and educational content. Our consulting and training services require engagement agreements and payment terms that will be specified in separate contracts.

3. Account & Registration

Some features of our Services may require you to provide information such as your email address and name. By providing this information:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• You consent to receive communications from us (you may opt out at any time)
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials

• Share links to our content (with proper attribution)
• Print assessment results for your own use

Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Reproduce or distribute our assessment tools or methodologies
• Create derivative works based on our content
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use our content for commercial purposes without written permission

User Content

When you submit content (such as assessment responses, feedback, or testimonials), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our Services. We will not share personally identifiable assessment responses without your consent.

6. Payment Terms

For our paid consulting and training services:

• Pricing and payment terms will be outlined in separate service agreements
• Payments are due as specified in the agreement
• We accept payment via bank transfer and other methods as agreed
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes

Refund Policy

Refund policies for paid services will be specified in individual service agreements. Free assessments and resources are provided as-is without refund obligations.

We do not warrant that:

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEAMGROW AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
